Recovering

For those that are interested, I am recovering from a back surgery last month. It's slow and frustrating, but I am getting there. I'm up walking and am some what mobile, but picking up something off the ground is not fun. 

A few days a go I had the itch to get my camera out and shoot some photos, Since it was late in the day, I decided Light Painting was the mission. I've posted several shots below and I owe a huge thanks to my wife for helping me to make this happen.






Now that we are half into February, I wanted to mention that storm season for the central plains is right around the corner. Nikon

Nikon has done it again. They have released the Nikon D5200 in the D5000 series. Adorama has a sweet deal on it too. Mine is ordered and I can not wait to get my hands on it. If you want to see what the Nikon D5000 can do, look at my website. All but one photo was taken with my Nikon D5000.
